About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to people who enjoy helping customers celebrate important moments and who bring a positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication and relationship skills. Flexible availability during peak retail hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays—is expected.

Requirements
