About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate important moments through jewelry and building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
