About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant builds relationships with customers, learns about their needs and desires, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, and provides information about service plans and financing. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
