About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior shopping experience. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate meaningful occasions through personalized service and quality jewelry. Associates learn about customers’ needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, discuss extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
