About The Position
Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
