About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role is part of the Sales Team and involves understanding customer needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time formats.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
