About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life's special moments. The role involves understanding customers' needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and achieving individual and team sales goals. The position offers a base pay of $16.00–$20.50 plus sales commission, with final pay determined by experience and qualifications. The role is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time arrangements.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
