About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, provides information about extended service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
