About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior jewelry-shopping experience. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate important moments and express love.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
