About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience, helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position suits someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate special moments and brings a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
