About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring sales team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role is accountable for meeting individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
