About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide a superior experience for customers. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants help customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
