About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life's special moments and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Base pay of $17.00–$25.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
