Sales Associate / Front Desk
About The Position
StretchLab Johns Creek has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate / Front Desk person to help with front desk and sales tasks at a health and fitness boutique studio. The right candidate will know computers and really like to be around people. A person with a flexible schedule that can fill in on various shifts through the week as needed (all planned ahead). Someone who enjoys life and values staying active. We're admittedly biased, but StretchLab is an awesome and rewarding place to work. We have a great team that is professional, but also a lot of fun. We're small so we work together on all aspects of the studio. And we are obsessed with helping people move better!!
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a fitness/health environment helpful but not at all required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Phone calls / text / outreach
- Book / confirm stretch sessions for our current & prospective clients
- Greet and check-in clients and answer phone inquiries
- Opportunity to occasionally participate in special events (health fairs, community events, etc.)
- Help create social media content
- Present and sell merchandise
- Help maintain studio cleanliness
