Requirements

Use your deep knowledge of rods, reels, and local fishing trends to help tend to our customers fishing needs.
You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
