About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate helps customers purchase vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactions in a no-haggle sales environment. The role includes responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from initial phone or internet contact to an in-store experience. Associates help customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options suited to their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and close sales. They provide customer support before and after purchase, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and help connect customers with the Service department to support vehicle ownership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability and motivation to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
