About The Position

Drybar Chicago is hiring a front desk Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to support guest experiences, scheduling, and sales at its River North and Midland Hotel locations. Team members should be open to floating between the two shops as needed. The role offers a base pay of $17.05 per hour plus commission on memberships, retail products, and hot tools.

Schedules may be part-time or full-time. Current scheduling needs include weekday, weekend, morning, and evening shifts at both locations. Weekend availability is required at both locations. Retail, salon, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Open to working at both Chicago locations as needed.
• Weekend availability is required at both locations.

• Willingness to float between River North and Midland Hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with exceptional hospitality.
