About The Position

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused on providing exceptional blowouts. We are seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates to deliver excellent customer service. At our Bend location, we are expanding our team of 'Receptionist Extraordinaires' (Bartenders) who are crucial to the smooth operation of the salon. They manage guest check-ins and check-outs, serve drinks, answer phones, and support stylists by retrieving supplies. We consider them the backbone of Drybar.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or similar)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to work in a sustained, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred

Responsibilities
