Requirements
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing
- Passionate about customer service
- Comfortable recommending products and memberships
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
Nice To Haves
- Retail, salon, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with exceptional hospitality
- Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out
- Recommend memberships, products, and styling tools
- Help drive retail and membership sales
- Support the team in creating a seamless salon experience
