Nice To Haves
- Have previous experience with POS or booking systems
- Have salon, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming, high-energy guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage appointments, phones, bookings, and guest flow throughout the day
- Coordinate stylist timing and shop flow to keep services running smoothly and efficiently
- Serve complimentary beverages and create a fun, elevated salon atmosphere
- Educate guests on memberships, products, retail, add-ons, and promotions
- Handle transactions, POS systems, and client profiles accurately
- Help maintain a clean, polished, and organized salon environment
- Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive shop culture
- Bring great energy, professionalism, and personality every single day
