Requirements

Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
True backpacker or backcountry hunter.
Understand the "ounces equal pounds" philosophy and have first-hand experience with what it takes to stay warm, dry, and fueled in remote terrain.
Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
