Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, adhering to safety regulations, and reporting potential shortage situations to management.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
