Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Operate the store stockroom efficiently by assisting in merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and reporting potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
• Customer engagement.
• Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Perform store operational tasks as assigned.
