Part Time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
About The Position
The LEGO Group is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest visiting LEGO® stores. This includes greeting guests, operating the cash register, maintaining a clean and visually stimulating environment, and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. The associate will also manage the stockroom, assist with merchandise receiving, and maintain safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves resolving customer issues, engaging customers, utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs, and performing general store operational tasks.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
