Sales Associate (Bikes) - Part-Time

While a lot of your time will be spent as our resident bike expert, you’ll pivot to skis and snowboards when the seasons shift, ensuring our customers are geared up year-round. We need a high-energy "gear head" with a solid sales background who can talk specs, fit, and performance with total confidence. If you’re a hardworking team player who actually uses the equipment we sell, you’ll fit right in with our crew.
Requirements
- Heavy bike knowledge and personal experience in the saddle (mountain, road, or casual riding).
- Active participant in the lifestyle—at a minimum, an avid cyclist, skier, or snowboarder who can authentically speak to the gear’s performance.
- Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Stay ahead of the game by attending expert product training and keeping your shop floor-ready and perfectly stocked.
