About The Position
Sally Beauty is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and acting as an advisor on the customer's beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive knowledge and training, encouraging employees to bring their passion and personality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
