The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with various beauty needs, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as an advisor throughout their beauty journey. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Nice To Haves

• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
