About The Position
La Casa de las Carcasas is seeking a Sales Assistant trainee for its store on Via Ottaviano in Rome. The trainee will join a close-knit team and take part in the store’s day-to-day activities. Through on-the-job guidance and a structured checklist, the trainee will learn the techniques of assisted selling and develop their commercial skills. The six-month paid internship is intended to lead to employment.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn; prior sales experience is not required.
- Passion for retail and assisted selling.
- A positive, dynamic attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the store’s daily activities as part of the team.
- Learn and apply assisted-selling techniques through training and on-the-job guidance.
- Develop commercial skills by following a structured training checklist.
