About The Position

A Michael Kors Sales Assistant delivers exceptional luxury customer service, drives sales, and maintains high visual standards in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, building client relationships, processing POS transactions, maintaining inventory, and acting as a brand ambassador. The role often involves working 4-10 hours per week in part-time positions, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, often referred to internally as a Sales Associate or Sales Assistant.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or fashion.
  • Energetic, polished, and motivated team player.
  • Technologically savvy to handle digital clienteling apps and POS systems.

  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and a passion for fashion to confidently advise customers.
