We are looking for a high-energy Sales Assistant to support our sales team today while training to become a Sales Consultant tomorrow. This is a unique opportunity to learn the automotive industry from the ground up in a transparent, "no-games" environment. Requirements

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems, CRMs, and digital tools.
• Strong verbal and written skills; you’ll be the "voice" of the dealership for many first-time callers.
• A desire to learn the automotive sales industry and a goal to move into a commission-based sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital administrative support to our sales team, including CRM data entry, appointment scheduling, and coordinating paperwork.
• Assist customers with initial inquiries, ensuring they receive the fast, honest information Pauli Ford is known for.
• Shadow our top-performing Sales Consultants to learn the sales process, vehicle technology, and relationship-building skills.
• Master the administrative side of the business with the long-term goal of transitioning into a full Sales Consultant role.
