Requirements

1+ years of experience in sales support, advertising, media, marketing, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with sales or CRM platforms is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while providing outstanding internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team with day-to-day sales coordination and administrative responsibilities across assigned accounts.
Manage key components of the pod sales process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless execution.
Coordinate print, digital, and social advertising initiatives across Hearst Magazines' portfolio of 30+ brands.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents to support business development efforts.
Partner with internal teams to facilitate campaign execution, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Track sales activity, maintain account information, and manage reporting with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Build strong working relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional partners while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn as you develop your career within Hearst Magazines.
