Requirements
- A heart for serving others
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead, juggle multiple projects, and maintain a meticulous eye for detail
- A team player and excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with a variety of people
- General technical aptitude, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a basic understanding of databases
- Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team through a variety of means including product entry, order form management, communication, and database management
- Assist in the planning, managing, and executing of our New Product Presentation Meetings
- Assist with the administration of HubSpot, Edelweiss, and tyndalebooksellers.com
- Manage order forms
- Oversee in-house logistics for Corporate Conference Team
- Support the Sales leadership team with special projects as assigned
