As a Sales Assistant, you will support the team and clients through daily store operations, gaining hands-on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising. You will report to the Assistant Manager and collaborate with sales and visual teams.
Requirements
- Interest in design, retail, or customer service
- Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites
- Able to lift over 40 lbs and move items as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn systems like salesforce and design software (we’ll train you!)
Responsibilities
- Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up
- Help maintain the store’s visual presentation and product displays
- Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies
- Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service
