Requirements

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by flawlessly executing our customer experience model ‘Every Moment Matters’, creating memorable experiences for customers
• Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalised service and care, and encourage customer loyalty to collect valuable data for future interactions
• Share product knowledge and curate stunning jewellery selections that tell a story, creating special moments with every customer
• Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to exceed sales goals
• Assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till
