Requirements
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and never let the details slip through the cracks.
- People Person: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software, entering data accurately, and navigating basic office programs (e.g., Excel, CRM tools, or order management systems).
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or an administrative role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
Responsibilities
- Assist the Outside Sales Representative by vetting and qualifying incoming leads to ensure the sales pipeline remains strong and efficient.
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system, monitor their progress, and ensure timely processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, coordinating logistics, checking product availability, and tracking shipments.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, providing updates on orders, and handling inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external sales reps to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
