About The Position

As part of our Granada, Parque Nevada team, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. With your energy and passion for fashion, you will offer great service and drive sales. As a team of collaborators, you will ensure the store looks well-organized and attractive. Every workday begins with a team meeting to share information and discuss the day's objectives. In the store, you will proactively greet our customers and respond to their questions. You will advise customers, for example, on the fit of jeans, styling tips, and size options. Using our service tools (e.g., QR codes), you will help consumers find what they are looking for, both online and in stores. You will be aware of online and offline promotions. With the visual merchandisers, you will ensure that C&A is a place where people can be inspired by our fashion and easily find what they are looking for. Of course, you will also ensure the smooth running of the store, work at the checkout, help display the correct prices, and ensure a smooth process in the fitting rooms.

Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Passion for fashion and staying updated on the latest trends.
  • Service-oriented with an open personality.
  • Open to change and innovation, with a desire to keep learning about fashion, commerce, and sales.
  • Team player, not afraid to give and receive feedback, reliable, and willing to help others.
  • Ability to communicate easily in Spanish or are learning, with a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in fashion, retail, or sales is ideal.
