About The Position
Join our team as a Sales Assistant and become the welcoming face of our new home communities throughout Lebanon County and the surrounding area. If you enjoy helping people, providing exceptional customer service, and have an interest in real estate and homebuilding, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Assistant, you'll support our Community Sales Managers by creating outstanding experiences for prospective homebuyers and helping keep our communities presentation-ready.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable interacting with the public and building relationships
- Interest in real estate, homebuilding, or sales
- Ability to travel locally throughout Lebanon County and nearby communities
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Giving tours of model homes and new home communities
- Assisting prospective buyers with community and floor plan information
- Scheduling appointments for Sales Managers
- Maintaining model home presentation standards
- Supporting sales and administrative processes
- Managing customer information and activity tracking
- Building relationships with local real estate agents and community partners
- Participating in community events, open houses, and outreach activities
