About The Position
The Sales Assistant TV & Radio supports sales of radio and television advertising. The role collects payments from clients, completes time and production orders, and assists with producing advertising spots and scripts and ensuring their completion. The position is full-time in Los Angeles, California; the actual schedule and hours may vary. Compensation range: 4,500.00–5,000.00. Entravision is a global advertising, media, and ad-tech solutions company. In the United States, it provides Hispanic marketing and media solutions through Spanish-language television and radio broadcast assets, an audio network and streaming platform, and digital and social media content solutions. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, General Manager. Duties and responsibilities may change, and the job description is not an exhaustive list. Requirements
- CRM experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in the broadcast industry or comparable experience.
- Written and verbal proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical capability.
- Strategic thinking.

- Understanding of Nielsen Media Research information.
Responsibilities
- Collect monies from clients with past-due balances and from clients who need to repay.
- Complete time orders and production orders accurately.
- Assist with producing advertising spots and scripts and ensure their completion.
