As NFM’s Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go-to partner for both internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships. Acting as the central point of contact for NFM’s sales teams, you’ll streamline communication and empower collaboration across departments, making you an indispensable part of our success story. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor, research and study product information.
- Provide necessary point-of-sale information.
- Accurately write and enter bids/orders, including pre-install measures.
- Support outside sales teams.
- Approach customers in a timely manner on the sales floor and promptly answer telephones.
- Support install team with order maintenance, and scheduling of follow up calls.
