About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a driven, hospitality-focused Sales Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead the front-desk team, and drive strong performance across all major KPIs. If you love coaching people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and hitting sales goals, this role is built for you. The Sales Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting spa leadership and ensuring the front-of-house team consistently delivers results. You’ll help drive membership sales, conversions, upgrades, and retention while maintaining a warm, professional, and guest-centered environment. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer-service leadership
  • Strong communication and people-management skills
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

  • Experience in membership-based or service-driven businesses is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the front desk team
  • Drive membership sales, rebooking, and service upgrades through strong coaching and daily performance management
  • Monitor KPI trends and help implement strategies to improve results
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Assist with scheduling for front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and spa standards
