About The Position

Key Heating & Cooling is a local, family-owned HVAC company with over 35 years in business, serving the Seacoast of NH, Maine's York County, and the Lakes Region of NH. We specialize in residential heating & cooling installation and service. We are seeking a dynamic, sales and marketing-minded individual with a passion for content creation and a strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics to ensure our sales teams remain busy and profitable.

Requirements

Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and PPC / SEO principles
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms including Google Ads & Google Analytics
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with various content formats (text, video, audio, etc.)
Data analysis and reporting skills

Responsibilities

Booking sales appointments
General follow-up and customer relations throughout the sales process
Develop, write, edit, and publish a variety of content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company marketing goals, calendar, and target audience
Research and implement SEO & PPC campaigns for best practices to improve content visibility
Track performance metrics to measure content effectiveness
Engage with audiences through social media, email, and other channels to build relationships and foster community
Develop and implement content marketing campaigns to promote products or services, attract new customers, and increase booked leads
Analyze content performance data to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and improve results
Handle CSR phone duties
