About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our dealership's sales team. This role combines customer service, vehicle photography, and administrative tasks to help create a positive buying experience while maintaining an attractive online vehicle inventory.

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
Ability to take clear, professional-looking vehicle photos.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
Experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Basic photography or social media experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries and appointments.
Take high-quality photographs of new and used vehicles for online listings.
Ensure vehicle photos accurately showcase features and condition.
Assist customers during vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Help prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documents.
Maintain accurate vehicle information for online advertisements.
Keep the dealership lot organized and vehicles presentation-ready.
Provide general support to the sales team and assist with daily dealership operations.
