About The Position

Technogym is seeking an energetic and process-driven Sales Area Manager to support its Hospitality and Residential segment within the Central US. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, driving the performance of the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be hungry, highly professional, industry-credible, and collaborative, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a diverse portfolio of products, services, and solutions. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on leading and motivating a high-performance sales team of 5 or more people.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics or similar field or equivalent work experience.
  • Relationship management skills, consultative sales approach and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of P&L and financial solutions management.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid US Driver's License.
  • Experience in using CRM.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing continual coaching and guidance to maximize their performance and ensure they are hitting/exceeding their goals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the region to ensure that sales, profitability, and cash flow targets are achieved.
  • Implement and execute sales processes and methodology, proactively monitoring and ensuring the territory meets quotas and other performance metrics.
  • Support the sales team in closing high-value deals and negotiating contracts when necessary.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction is above all expectations.
  • Collect thoughtful insights from the market and seek feedback from customers to stay informed about market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Guarantee the best use of CRM to obtain clean and up-to-date market data.
  • Lead organizational effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement.
