This role is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, accurately estimating job costs, and achieving budgeted sales goals within an assigned territory. This is accomplished through consistent communication and daily in-person appointments with both existing customers and prospective clients. This position operates on a commission-only basis, offering opportunities to earn sales bonuses and a high level of commission based on meeting sales quotas. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience or sales experience is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in the green industry or related field preferred but not required
• Prior field experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a Territory Sales Plan for his/her territory in conjunction with Franchise Owner.
• Diagnose and provide on-site estimates, review the scope of work with the customer.
• Actively pursue the customer commitment to scheduling the work.
• Review neighboring properties for work opportunities.
• Utilize sales process tools, software, and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer.
• Attending home shows and other opportunities to demonstrate Monster Tree Service capabilities.
• Achieve or maintain arborist certification through continuing education credits.
