About The Position

The Sales Apprentice role will work alongside the Sales team to support sales generation, identify new sales leads and assist both the sales team and wider support functions. Daily activities will include engaging with new customers, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to core sales administration all with the overall goal of increasing the Sika brand presence, growing sales, and expanding the customer database. This is a field-based role with some office and home working and will involve regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders across the business. Kickstart your career in sales by developing the skills and mindset of a proactive sales professional focused on generating opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue. In a structured, challenging, and rewarding environment, you will learn to identify customer needs, present solutions confidently, and contribute to business growth. This hands-on experience, combined with professional sales training will equip you with the commercial awareness, communication skills, and sales techniques needed for long-term career progression in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. In addition, we will provide full funding for your participation in the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship, to be completed across an 18-month timeframe.
