About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in various departments including Women's Apparel, Women's Shoes, Lingerie, Kids Apparel and Shoes, and Handbags & Accessories. The company is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the Shops at Merrick Park location (4310 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, FL 33146). Interviews will be conducted on-the-spot, and job offers may be made for most roles. The interview process is expected to take approximately one hour. Applicants are welcome to bring a resume, but it is not required.

Requirements

• Ability to work during the hiring event on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, between 11 AM and 5 PM.
• Willingness to participate in an interview process that may take approximately one hour.
• Ability to work in departments such as Women's Apparel, Women's Shoes, Lingerie, Kids Apparel and Shoes, Handbags & Accessories.
• Sales roles: $13.65-$13.65 Hourly.
• Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery roles: $17.10-$17.80 Hourly.
• For some positions, eligibility for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
• Commission for most selling employees varies based on merchandise sold (Apparel, shoes, and accessories: 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men’s Fragrance: 3%).
