About The Position
Nordstrom Rack is hiring for Sales and Support positions in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, and Stock. Candidates may attend the hiring event on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Sun Center Rack, 3702 West Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235. No advance scheduling is required, and candidates may arrive at any time during the event. Applicants should follow hiring-event signs or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions. A resume is welcome but not required; the interview process takes approximately one hour, and on-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. Applications will still be considered for those unable to attend. The stated pay range is $16.75–$17.45 per hour, with offers dependent on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
