About The Position
Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in various departments including Jewelry, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Kids' Apparel & Shoes, Women's Shoes, and Seasonal Stock & Fulfillment. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles during the National Hiring Day event on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the store located at 1201 Lake Woodlands Dr #300, The Woodlands, TX 77380. Interviews will take approximately one hour. If unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.
Requirements
- Sales: $13.35 - $13.35 Hourly
- Fulfillment: $16.60 - $17.30 Hourly
- Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales commission typically range from 3% to 14.5%.
- Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles commission typically receive is 3%.
Responsibilities
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
