About The Position

We are currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in the following areas: Women's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Men's Apparel, Lingerie, Accessories, and Home. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. If you are unable to make the event, your application will still be considered.

Requirements

Sales and Support positions in Women's Apparel, Kids Apparel & Shoes, Men's Apparel, Lingerie, Accessories, Home.
Customer Service: $18.30-$19.00 Hourly
Sales: $14.00 Hourly
Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery: $18.30-$19.00 Hourly
Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5% commission.
Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3% commission.

Responsibilities

Handle merchandise and assist customers.
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
