About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in various departments including Handbags, Accessories & Jewelry, Seasonal Web Fulfillment, Women's Apparel, Women's & Men's Shoes, Lingerie, Kids Apparel & Shoes. The company is hosting a National Hiring Day event on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM at The Mall at Green Hills (2130 Abbott Martin Road, Nashville, TN 37215). On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Interviews will take approximately 1 hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Sales: $13.60 - $13.60 Hourly
Fulfillment: $19.00 - $19.80 Hourly

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
